Best Good Luck Symbols Ever

Written By Greg Pierce

"Security has been an issue with all of us. No matter how young or old we are, we need to be safe at all times and we have to stay that way as much as possible. Because of this need, we rely on many things that can make us feel safe and secure and one of the things that we rely on are good luck symbols.

Below are some of the most popular symbols that have been part of people's lives:

Shou is a symbol depicting life, age or the birth of a new life.

Wishbones are some of the most famous good luck symbols. As a matter of fact, many have been adopting this especially during Christmas, Thanksgiving and other celebrations.

This will then be held overnight and will be split in half the next morning. The person who gets the bigger portion of the wishbone will have good fortune.

Ji is another popular symbol which is for hope and luck.

Cai, which is used by many Chinese businessmen is used in offices and other business establishments to attract good luck and good fortune.

Shamrock is another symbolism which is for fame. Another is Clover which is for love and the next one is Four leaf Clover which is for good health.

A person who owns a four leaf clover is always safe because according to the belief, no evil can ever come near him or can harm him. Those who wear clover shaped jewelry are also said to attract love. And if ever one dreams about a clover, it is believed that the person will stay happy his entire life.

Another very popular symbol is the star which is believed to represent perfection or being flawless.

Stars are worn as part of a clothing during the middle ages. This is a representation of the universe which is called the Wizard's Star.

Rooster - The rooster is generally viewed as a symbol of good luck , honesty, wealth, fidelity and protection from bad spirit.

Science, however, has remained skeptical about these symbols because these have not been proven. But people believe in them anyway because of their faith."

Roosters are some of the most popular among these good luck symbols. Have ceramic rooster figurines in your kitchen or maybe fill the room up with rooster Portugal decors to promote good taste as you prepare meals for the family.
